Please review the following Terms and Conditions. By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
As a home based business, I operate by appointment only. This allows me to accommodate both the needs and schedules of my clients, as well as the needs of my family. I ask that you respect the appointment time scheduled and provide a minimum of 4 hours notice if you need to change the appointment time, and I will show you the same respect. MISSED APPOINTMENTS: a fee of $30 may apply after a no-show appointment, a credit card may be required to secure a second appointment. The $30 will become a deposit towards work completed, however upon a second missed appointment, the fee becomes non- refundable. I often schedule consecutive client appointments, so punctuality is appreciated.
Please bring or wear the appropriate under garments and shoes for your fitting. Proper undergarments are especially important to the fit of structured garments and formal wear. Shoes are required for a proper length when hemming. Please bring your items washed and dried so they are clean and pre-shrunk. I will not be held liable for clothing that shrinks after having been altered.
My pricing is based on providing a local and quality service, with the added flexibility of evening and weekend appointments. I provide no obligation quotes and will notify you if additional fees will apply. There will be a $15 rush fee for any short notice work. I strive to remain competitive with pricing, while providing a high quality of work. I have over 27 years sewing experience, a diploma in Fashion Production, and have operated a licensed business in Airdrie since 2007.
I accept cash, credit, e-transfer and paypal. Payment is required prior to leaving with your completed work. A deposit is required to cover the cost of materials on all custom orders. This deposit is non-refundable once materials have been acquired.
E-transfers can be sent to email@example.com. Use the custom question: “What service did you provide?” with the answer “sewing.”
Your happiness is my goal, and I will work to complete the work you have brought to me to the manner which you expect. I strive to provide high quality workmanship, and will correct any mistakes to your satisfaction. Satisfaction guarantee applies to problems with stitching or workmanship in the originally agreed upon work having been done. Additional adjustments after the original work has been done will be subject to additional fees.
Upon pickup of your garments, you will have 10 days to contact me with any concerns with the quality of workmanship. We will go through all work that has been completed at time of pickup to ensure satisfaction.
